DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
Minimum deposit to open a bank account is 500 USD.
MINIMUM BALANCE
Minimum account balance is 60 USD.
ACCOUNT OPENING PROCEDURE
- Filling out the bank forms and sending the signed forms to the bank.
- Provision of all the necessary documents (listed below) to NTL.
- Short 5 minutes conversation with the bank representative via Skype/phone.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR A PERSONAL ACCOUNT OPENING
- Certified copy of passport or government issued photo ID;
- Proof of address (utility bill), notarized copy or original bill or bank account statement or ID-card’s copy (if the address is specified). The documents must be dated within three months for it to be considered valid;
- Bank reference letter to the beneficiary or (if it is impossible to provide a bank reference) a statement of the bank account for the last six months prior to the date of submission of the statement;
- Filled and signed form of EPB_Corporate Bank Contract and Source of Funds.
Note: all the documents must be translated into English and notarized.
Documents can be certified by:
- Law enforcement Officer/Police department;
- Lawyer, notary public;
- Auditor, Justice of the Peace.
TERMS OF ACCOUNT OPENING
Since the moment when all the necessary documents are provided, the terms of processing the application are 1-3 days.
CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
- Multiple Currency account;
- Managed account;
- Brokerage account;
- Mutual Funds account;
- Physical Precious Metals account.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
Minimum deposit to open a corporate account is 500 USD.
MINIMUM BALANCE
Minimum account balance is 360 USD.
ACCOUNT OPENING PROCEDURE
- Filling out the bank forms and sending the signed forms to the bank.
- Provision of all the necessary documents (listed below) to NTL.
- Short 5 minutes conversation with bank representative via Skypephone.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNT OPENING
For all beneficial owners, signatories, directors, nominees, officers and trustees of the Corporation:
- Certified copy of a passport OR government issued photo ID. For all beneficial owners and signatories of the Corporation:
- Certified proof of address: certified utility bill OR certified bank statement with address OR certified government photo ID OR Certified copy of a passport with residence permit page.
Note: The Document must be not older than 3 months to be valid.
- The bank reference for the beneficiary (recommendation must also be certified or (if it is impossible to provide a bank reference) a statement of the bank account for the last six months prior to the date of submission of the statement.
Required Corporate Documents:
- Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
- Certified copy of Certificate of Good Standing/Incumbency/Extract of Registry.
- Notarized copy of Memorandum of Articles of Association/Incorporation OR Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws/Shareholder and Director registry.
Other:
- Recent bank reference letter for corporate bank account OR a statement of the bank account for the last six months prior to the date of submission of the statement. If the company has no active opened account, reference letter or bank statement shouldn’t be provided.
- Filled and signed “EPB_Corporate Bank Contract and Source of Funds” form.
- The decision of the Board of Directors of the company, with details of the authorized
/ authorized person / persons. This decision authorizes to open a bank account and perform all necessary actions with Euro Pacific Bank Ltd on the account. (Example decision of the board of directors will be provided: EPB_corporate_resolution).
Note: certified copies of documents must not be older than six months.
Documents can be certified by:
- Law enforcement Officer/Police department;
- Lawyer, notary public;
- Auditor, Justice of the Peace.
